Magic Partnerships
Wealth and poverty often co-exist side by side and yet there is often a gulf of understanding between them.
The Magic Partnerships project was set up to bring together these areas by partnering independant secondary schools with some of the disadvantaged Magic Breakfast schools. We encourage sixth form students from the private sector to help and volunteer at the poorer primary schools near to them and in doing so build trust and understanding between too often separated groups of society.
In the future we hope that this trust will blossom into a relationship involving the sharing of resources and expertise between the two schools for the benefit of all of the children involved.
